What is the standard lead time?
Tooling typically takes 45–60 days; batch order lead time depends on quantity.
What is the standard packaging?
Usually polybag or bubble wrap with carton; pallets or wooden crates when needed. Custom packaging is also available.
Can you custom-make parts based on our drawings?
Yes. Please provide 2D or 3D drawings with material, color, quantity, surface finish, and operating environment.
Can you add custom cutouts on enclosures?
Yes. We design cutouts, slots, and internal mounting bosses based on your PCB, connectors, and mounting structure.
Can you customize color and logo?
Yes. Colors are matched to Pantone codes; logos can be applied via silk-screen printing or other suitable processes.
Is there a tooling fee?
Yes. Tooling cost is calculated based on material, size, structure, and required mold life.
Can you produce samples first?
Yes. After new tooling is completed, samples are provided to confirm dimensions, fit, and appearance.
What information is needed for a quote?
